1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing fusionharbor-norway.com you enter into a binding agreement with Fusion Harbor Entertainment Ltd. on the terms set out below. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.

2. No Real Money — Stated Plainly

Fusion Harbor is a simulation. No real money is involved at any point. You cannot deposit funds, purchase currency, place real wagers, or receive cash, goods, services, or prizes of any kind based on simulation outcomes. Nothing on this platform constitutes gambling as defined by any jurisdiction's real-money gaming laws.

3. Access and Age Requirement

The platform is open access: no registration is required for basic play. Certain streak rewards and clearance progression rely on a local profile stored in your browser. All users must be at least 18 years of age. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Plasma Credits

Plasma Credits (PLC) are the platform's only currency. They are issued free of charge through daily grants and gameplay outcomes, are non-transferable, and remain the licensed property of Fusion Harbor Entertainment Ltd. at all times — you hold a revocable licence to use them within the platform, not ownership. We may adjust, reset, or rebalance PLC balances at any time for platform stability, without notice or compensation.

5. Fair Use

Simulations must be operated by hand. Bots, scripts, macros, and any tooling designed to inflate balances or interfere with the random number generation are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate and permanent loss of access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Fusion Harbor name, the Fjordlight Station setting, all game artwork including the Plasma Reels symbols, the Containment Ring board, the Dynamo Wheel, and all underlying code are the exclusive property of Fusion Harbor Entertainment Ltd. You receive a limited, revocable, non-commercial licence to view and interact with these assets on this site only.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Because progress is stored locally in your browser, Fusion Harbor Entertainment Ltd. is not liable for loss of virtual balances or clearance progress arising from cleared browser data, device changes, software updates, or hardware failure.

8. Changes and Suspension

We may modify, suspend, or retire any part of the platform at our discretion, and may restrict users who breach these terms or harm the experience of others. Continued use after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
